Accounting keeps and prepares records. An audit is a separate engagement that examines financial statements independently. Corporate tax covers Hong Kong profits tax; individual tax covers BIR60 and salaries tax. New CIES, BUD Fund and legacy EMF work is documentation support, not an approval of an application. Accounting
Bookkeeping, reconciliations and financial statements for Hong Kong businesses, prepared to an agreed scope and timetable. This work supports management, tax and audit, and it is not itself an audit.
Auditing
An independent examination of financial statements and the evidence behind them, including statutory audits and special-purpose work such as grant or funding reviews. Scope and the form of report are set out in the engagement letter.
Corporate Tax
Hong Kong profits tax returns and related support, including offshore profits claims, advance rulings, FSIE, transfer pricing, objections and replies to Inland Revenue Department enquiries. The scope is agreed for each engagement, and this page does not state a tax result.
Individual Tax
BIR60 and salaries tax support for cross-border income, aircrew, performers and expatriates, including objections and Inland Revenue Department enquiries. Returns are prepared from the information you provide and are not a guaranteed assessment.
Tax Planning
A fact-specific review of lawful tax options for a Hong Kong business or individual, judged against the current law, the evidence and what implementation requires. It is not a promise that any amount of tax will be saved.
